 I. In this cartoon, I can see lots of farm animals. There are pigs, cows, hens, donkeys, sheep. There’s also a mouse, a rooster and a dog.

Rappel : “Il y a” :     There is + singulier

                              There are + pluriel

 II. In this cartoon :

• a cow plays golf,
• animals run away / escape
• a cow dances behind a postman,
• animals laugh,
• a mouse jumps on its friends’ bellies
• a pig eats corn.

Rappel : on n’oublie pas le “s” à la 3e personne du singulier.

Vocabulaire :

A cartoon : un dessin animé

Run away / escape : s’enfuir, s’échapper

Laugh : rire

Jump : sauter

Belly (pluriel : bellies) : ventre

Corn : du maïs
